A Polícia Judiciária Civil de Nova Xavantina realizou a prisão de um homem na manhã de terça-feira (22.06), o qual encontrava-se com Mandado de Prisão em Aberto em seu desfavor.
O Homem de 55 anos respondia um processo criminal por furto qualificado na cidade de Barra do Garças desde o ano de 2000, porém em determinado momento o mesmo deixou de comparecer em Juízo e assim passou a ser considerado foragido.
Devido sua nítida intenção de se esquivar da aplicação da Lei Penal, o Juiz da Comarca de Barra do Garças/MT ainda no ano de 2014, determinou a expedição do competente Mandado de Prisão Preventiva a fim de assegurar a efetiva aplicação da Lei.
De posse do Mandado de Prisão, os Investigadores, sob a Coordenação do Delegado de Polícia Dr. Raphael Diniz Garcia, descobriram o endereço do referido homem e deslocaram até a sua residência, realizando a sua prisão, dando o devido cumprimento ao mandado judicial.
Após passar pelo Exame de Corpo de Delito e Audiência de Custódia, o suspeito será encaminhado ao Presídio Major Zuzi Alves da Silva na cidade de Água Boa/MT, onde permanecerá à disposição da Autoridade Judicial.
