POLÍCIA CIVIL E POLÍCIA MILITAR DE NOVA XAVANTINA RECUPERAM CAMINHONETE FURTADA EM BARRA DO GARÇAS E PRENDEM SUSPEITO
A Polícia Judiciária Civil de Nova Xavantina numa ação em conjunto com a Polícia Militar recuperaram uma Caminhonete D10 na tarde de domingo (27/06), o veículo foi objeto de furto na cidade de Barra do Garças-MT.
Os Investigadores estavam atentos quanto uma movimentação estranha em uma casa na cidade, quando identificaram uma caminhoneta D10 estacionada na frente da casa.
De imediato foi feito contato com os Policiais Civis de Barra do Garças que confirmaram o furto do veículo em questão.
De posse do Boletim de Ocorrência do furto, constatou-se que tal veículo teria sido furtado no sábado (26) por volta de 06:30hs da manhã, no pátio de um Posto daquela cidade.
Sendo assim, foi feito contato com a Polícia Militar e solicitado apoio, onde numa ação em conjunto das forças policiais de Nova Xavantina, foi realizado o cerco a casa, culminando com a prisão em flagrante do suspeito e recuperação do veículo GM D10.
Vale ressaltar que a vítima é borracheiro na cidade de Barra do Garças e utilizava o veículo ainda para realizar pequenos fretes e que a recuperação rápida do veículo evitou que a vítima tivesse maiores prejuízos para seu sustento e de sua família, onde inclusive relatou que estava passando dificuldades financeiras por conta de um tratamento de câncer de sua filha.
O suspeito já possui algumas passagens por furto na Delegacia, inclusive pelo crime de furto de veículo.
Diante da situação, o suspeito teve sua prisão ratificada pelo Delegado de Polícia, o qual determinou que fosse tomado os procedimentos de praxe, tais como realização do Auto de Prisão em Flagrante, do exame de Corpo e delito, bem como apresentação do preso a Autoridade Judicial para posteriores deliberações.
