Com quase todos funcionários infectados com o corona vírus e cumprindo isolamento domiciliar, agencia do Banco do Brasil em Nova Xavantina MT não esta prestando atendimento presencial, ou seja, o atendimento interno esta parado.
O site alô Xavantina com Ney Weliton conversou com o gerente da agencia, Sr. Vanderson de Souza Barros, que nos informou que contraiu o vírus da covid 19 e que além dele, quase todos os funcionários da agencia também estão positivados para a doença e que não tem mais servidores disponíveis para os atendimentos presenciais aos clientes.
Vanderson, informa que esta funcionando o essencial, os caixas eletrônicos e que os clientes podem ser atendidos pelo o aplicativo Fale com seu Gerente, inclusive atendimento direto com a central e demais canais como o 61 40040001, que funciona como whatsapp.
Os depósitos que forem feitos nos caixas eletrônicos estão sendo processados normalmente.
Desejamos que estes servidores se recuperem e voltem as suas atividades.
